About the Renovation
The Bathrooms & Outdoor Shower
We completely gutted the old bathroom and transformed a bedroom into the new master bathroom with a massive two-person walk-in shower. The master bathroom boasts Shiloh cabinetry in the color Arctic White, with his-and-hers Kohler Verticyl rectangular under-mount sinks and satin nickel faucets. The shower wall features 8x24 Bedrosians tile on a 1/3 offset brick joint pattern, and the shower floor is Daltile’s Uptown Glass Cararra set as a 2-inch hexagon mosaic. The guest bathroom vanity is Eclipse cabinetry in the color Arctic White. The custom outdoor shower features special faux wood weather-resistant flooring and a Delta Ara shower head in chrome.
The Pine Hardwood Floors
One of the stunning features of this historic home is the original pine wood flooring. Floors with wood like this are extremely rare today, so when we find them in an older home, we do whatever it takes to restore them to look new again. We sanded and refinished the hardwood floors throughout this home and cannot get enough of this gorgeous finish!
The Laundry Room
The laundry room features Shiloh cabinetry in color Artic White with Savoy House Morland light fixtures on either side of a Kohler under mount Riverby sink. The tile by the washer and dryer is Emser 2x11 Bianco Newberry brick pavers running on a herringbone pattern.
